This board meeting will be conducted on the Microsoft Teams video conferencing platform.  Follow the instructions below to join.  If this is your first time to join a board meeting, I recommend that you click on the join link on the day before the meeting to verify that you can join successfully.   If you have any problems, call David womble at (505) 235-2837.

To join the meeting on a computer (desktop or laptop)
1.  Click on the join link provided in this message.
2.  Choose the option to open Microsoft Teams and join on the Teams app.
3.  If this is your first time to join on the Teams app, download and install the app here: Download Microsoft Teams
4.  Follow the prompts until you have joined the meeting.

To join the meeting on a mobile device (smart phone or tablet)
1.  Click on the join link provided in this message.
2.  If this is your first time to join a Teams meeting on your mobile device, download and install the Teams mobile app.
3.  Follow the prompts until you have joined the meeting.

Hardware requirements for installing the Teams mobile app:

iOS devices - iPhone and iPad:
Support is limited to the two most recent major versions of iOS. For example, when a new, major version of iOS is released, the iOS requirement is the new version or the most recent version that preceded it.

Android smart phones and tablets:
Support is limited to the last four major versions of Android. For example, when a new, major version of Android is released, the Android requirement is the new version or the three most recent versions that preceded it.
