Photography expands our appreciation and enjoyment of nature.  Sharing your photographs of nature enriches you and your viewers – whether family and friends or people in a senior living facility who are no longer able to venture outside.  In Focus Sessions in 2024, the elements of a cohesive, dynamic slideshow were discussed, including groupings of pictures and transitions between groupings to tell a story; titles, lists and captions to add to the story; and a music track to add a sense of progression and adventure.  

Depending on membership interests, the SANP Community Outreach group will be reactivated or retired.  If reactivated, a webpage would be added to sanp.net that provides contact information that would be helpful to a facility activities director in planning and reaching out.  If you are interested in becoming part of this group, please attend this Focus Session.  If you are unable to attend, please respond to me by email on your interest.  I envision a periodic meeting (perhaps monthly) to share in developing slideshows and with feedback on presentations.  During this meeting, I will show an abbreviated slideshow that I have presented.
