SANP is proud to present the complete course of Lightroom Classic by Dave Kelly. Dave is an award-winning wildlife photographer who has been an Adobe Certified Instructor for Lightroom® since the first version. He has been an Adobe Certified Instructor for Photoshop starting with CS4 and has maintained that certification making him one of the very few Adobe Certified Instructors in the United States for both of Adobe’s software programs for photographers. Dave is one of only eight certified Adobe Lightroom instructors in the United States. Dave also holds the Certified Technical Trainer credential from the CompTIA organization, is a member of Nikon Professional Services, and instructs/teaches Lightroom® and Advanced Lightroom® curriculum for Shoot the Light Workshops and Technical Series. He is also the author of Lightroom® Made Easy books all of which are true “how to” books. The 13th edition was just released in October of 2023. The book not only tells you what can be accomplished with images in Lightroom®, but also tells you how to accomplish it with easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions.
Why Should You Attend Dave’s Workshop: You will learn from an Adobe-certified instructor. Why is this important? Many of those who teach Lightroom are teaching based on what they have discovered works for them without knowing all the ins and outs of Lightroom. Not only is Dave a certified Lightroom instructor, but he is also an award winning wildlife photographer. He understands what is important to wildlife and nature photographers. Dave only teaches in-person workshops as it is important for him to get feedback from his audience and allow you to ask questions. Dave will cover the new content aware erase function in the healing tool, the new Lens Blur panel and the new Color Mixer panel, as well as the new techniques in the Masking panel. For the Beginner: You will learn how to import your images and work through the seven modules of Lightroom Classic. You will be able to get past the fear and uncertainty of working with Lightroom. You will discover that Lightroom can be your friend when it comes to processing. Dave’s book will be a big assist for you as you learn to master Lightroom.
For the Intermediate and Advanced User: You will learn tips and tricks with each module of Lightroom that will help you improve your Lightroom skills from importing images and processing through the different modules to printing and slideshows. Dave will cover the recent updates to Lightroom Classic. Dave’s book will assist you when you need to quickly research an area that you only use on occasion.
What to Bring: A notepad and pen. Laptops are not needed or suggested.
Available for purchase: Lightroom® Classic Made Easy version 13 hot off the press for $35 dollars. You will be able to purchase this on the morning of the workshop. Cash or Credit Card will be acceptable. This is the best price you will find for this book. If you enjoy the presentation, Dave will be willing to sign your book. Date and Time: December 9, 2023. Doors will open at 8:30 am. The presentation will start at 9:00 am and continue until 4:30 pm with appropriate breaks. Lunch will be onsite at noon.
Drinks: Coffee, water, and soft drinks will be provided as part of your registration fee. Drinks are allowed in the auditorium. Food is not allowed in the auditorium.
Lunch: Part of your registration fee includes a box lunch. It is important that you select your lunch option when you register.

Registration is available until 2:30 pm December 4th or all seats are taken. There will be no registration at the door. Everyone who attends must register online, with no exceptions.
Registration fees: Members fee is $99 dollars. Non-members fee is $124 dollars which will include twelve months of membership in SANP.
