Salon 2002 Winners

On Saturday, Feb. 23, about 90 SANP members and guests celebrated the accomplishments of the winners and participants of the 2002 Photography Competition. First, second, third, and honorable mention places were awarded in four divisions and up to six categories in each division. More than $6000 in prizes were given for the 93 awards. Four excellence awards were presented to members whose average overall scores were the highest in their divisions, and four best of show awards were made as well:

Before dinner, attendees browsed through the color and black and white print entries and the medium format entries. After a delicious dinner provided by staff and volunteers from the First United Methodist Church, the color slide entries were shown and door prizes awarded. Thanks to Brad Cottrell and his numerous support staff for an extremely successful competition and celebration, and thanks to all members who participated in the event.
